Being part of a community social work system on behalf of Neo Hospitals Pvt Ltd, we established the "SPORTS WELLNESS CLUB" in 2017. We view the role of a community social worker as helping and empowering communities to thrive. During the pandemic, we provided home care under specific guidelines and online consultations for those in need. This type of social work is complex and multifaceted, involving different professionals focusing on various issues or changes.
Our club includes medical and paramedical professionals, counselors, psychological experts, and management staff. Through this club, we have conducted various camps independently and in collaboration, including blood group detection camps, blood pressure camps, and other medical camps in different areas.
Since 2018, we have been organizing ortho camps in the northern region of Kerala and collaborating with pharmaceutical companies and suppliers of surgical instruments. While surgery can be a life-saving and transformative intervention, recovery does not end in the operating room. Proper rehabilitation is crucial for restoring function, mobility, and overall quality of life.
We have organized ortho fitness camps for post-surgery patients after three months to assess their health and functionality. After six months, we facilitate initial practice sessions on the ground. Our Sports Wellness Club has significantly impacted the treatment of sports injuries, providing hope and a path to recovery for many who once felt hopeless.
We are now a registered firm, and our goals are limitless, with increasing responsibilities. Let’s work together towards a brighter future!

We have conducted a free medical camp at Pandikkad on "17th December 2023" (Saturday). Dr. Abdul Azeez (Ortho surgeon), Dr. Nazreen (gynecology specialist), Dr. Ummer Shereef (ENT surgeon), and Dr. Abdul Hameed (MBBS) was the medical team . KK Sadakath (vise president of Pandikkad Panchayath), Mini jose (Administrator neo hospitals ) also a part of it. About 150 people attended .

Sports Wellness Club started our camp on March 7th, 2019 at Chengara. In association with CFC CHENGARA CLUB AND MANU CLINICS CHENGARA. The presidential address given by Santhosh Master camp was inaugurated by Dr. K. P. Shanavas, Mr. Palakkal Kunjutty is honoured. He is a prominent social worker at Chengara. Dr. K P. Shanavas, MBBS, MS Ortho, D Ortho spoke about sports injuries and related problems. Around 108 patients were attended the camp.

Mission Soccer Academy organized a medical camp in association with the Sports Wellness Club at GVHS Arimbra. Camp was inaugurated by Anas Edathodika, an Indian international football player. Sports Injuries talk done by Dr K P. Shanavas, MBBS, MS Ortho, D Ortho. On his presentation, the main highlights was reasons for happening sports injuries, the importance of surgeries, precautions, and the importance of rehabilitation. Around 85 patients were attended the camp.

The camp was organized by Crescent Cultural Therattummel at Thahlimul Islam Madrassa Therattummel. Mr. Sajeer Secratary of Crescent Cultural gives welcome to everyone. And members from different football sports academies attended the class.

Shanavas ( MBBS, MS Ortho ,D Ortho) at Govt L P School Mankada . Rehabilitation side was focused by Physiotherapist .around 32 patients attended the class.
